in control panel under "set associations" all the following extensions show "unknown application".  What programs should I associate with each or should I just leave them alone. I run Mozilla Thunderbird and Firefox along with HushMail  and have installed Adobe Photoshop, MS Office Professional 2007, iTunes, Limewire, MS Works and more.  The extensions are:
