Background images of notebook paper for design

Hi,

I'm working on some pages with InDesign, and I need to have an effect of a notebook paper being written on. I have the proper fonts, and now I need to layout the page to hold the image of the paper and write the text with those fonts.

Can you guys help me find images I can use as a background to those letters I'm trying to simulate? I'm looking for several templates, so it won't look the same on all the pages. The general look would be of a notebook page (with lines), maybe a bit teared, so it will look as authentique as possible. It should be of high resolution, so it can fit on an A4 page without loosing quality. Where can I get such images?

Thanks in advance,
