Adobe Photoshop CS3 - Turn square image into circle image (make it bulge)? Then doing that to 51 images automatically? How?

I am using Adobe Photoshop CS3 and I am creating a see-through 3D spinning globe for a website.

The easiest way for me to show what I am doing, and ask my question, is by showing you this picture of what I want to do:

The questions are:
How do I get that rectangle squashed at the top and stretched in the middle, in to a perfect circle?
Can I get Photoshop to do the above then Spherize each picture automatically? I have 51 pictures and don't want to do each one myself unless I really have to!
