I have several users that have received emails lately that contain graphics that they can not see. The graphic is a red X with mostly a black line box around it. I was forwarded the email and I could see the graphic as well print the email and still see the graphic. My co-worker could see the graphic but only got a red X in a black box when he printed. He was able to see the graphic as a bmp file that he sent to the person with the problem originally. We are all running Office 2003 sp3, XP sp2. My co-worker and I are using Dell OP745 desktops and the users with the problem have laptops, Dell Latitude D630s. The user's issues started about 2-3 weeks ago and encompasses older emails that have graphic and were viewable for them when the older emails were first received. The graphic seems to be a screen shot added to the email.Start Free Trial
