Microsoft, Windows Server 2003, 2003 SP2, SSL Registry setting to enable SSL 3.0

For our applications we service multiple federal agencies - some require TSL 1.0 while others SSL 3.0. So we must support both protocols.  We are using a SSL certificate issued by Equifax Secure INC.  We have read that to enable SSL 3.0 all we need to do is disable SSL 2.0.  Unfortunately this does not correct our issue. Which is:
Browsers with TSL 1.0 enabled will work find and the application loads correctly.  Browsers that have TSL 1.0 disabled will get page cannot be displayed error.
In the server's registry will have disabled SSL 2.0 as described in the Expert Exchange knowledge base.
We have not done anything with SSL 3.0 or TSL 1.0 as this is not covered in anything we have found.Start Free Trial
