Introduction letter to get more clientele.
Hello Experts,
I'm about to mail out 200 envelopes to dental/medical offices to get more clientele. I have included in the folder a brochure/business card/flyer and now I'm working on an introduction letter. I provide IT solutions/support for dental and medical offices and I have 10 offices, I started this in March of this year. Does anyone have a good introduction letter that I can include in my marketing material?

I would includ a paragraph welcoming the proposed clientelle. A paragraph on what you are offerring. A couple of bullet points outlining the reasons why they should come on board with you.
Put yourself in the eyes of the reader. Ask yourself what would you expect to be reading to make me want to go "yes i think i will sign up"
I dont have any specific letters, but if you knew a freelance copywriter thry could whip something up for you in no time. There are many freelance websites around the internet for you to grab someone.
