How do I make my webpage rank top of a google search WITH added links etc?

I know that "keywords" within the meta tag are important in ranking your website. However, I have recently come across a website, that, if you type in "bromley court hotel" from google search (screen shot attached), it'll bring up a google map showing directions, the address all neatly laid out and the link below that shows various extra links.

So my real question is, how do you make your webspage rank top with the added extra bits of links, maps etc... I'm sure it's not from using meta tags in the html page. Is there an external document residing on the server?

Could someone please shed some light on how I could implement this?
