How do I Add To This Array And Keep Adding with the random Numbers Changing?

This shoudl be an easier question.
I can continually post and add to this array but the "Random Number" does not change in the array...only in the form.

My objective is to keep adding arrays (preferably multidimensional..but that confuses me) and finally combining them.
