How do I can to do a program in php or asp.net that send email in html format and that this message get arrived to income tray, not to trash tray in hotmail?

Hi thekidman,

It has less to do with how the mail is constructed and more to do with who sends it.  Large businesses and ISP's work with each other to ensure mail from their servers are allowed through.  If you are relatively unknown or on a shared hosting server, it is more likely that you will be tagged as junk.

There's nothing "special" about sending an email. The reason those emails end up in the Trash is due to Spam filters. Different companies filter out different messages based on different set of keywords or key phrases like "You've won!" or "You are a winner!" etc.

Hotmail keeps a LIST of websites that commonly send out spam to customers, once of which is hotmail !!

You have to CUSTOMIZE your settings to remove the "SPAM" sites from you spam list, in hotmail interface.  Nothing to do with how you send the mail, all to do with sites listed that are common spam sending sites.
