cannont get Iframe to work with a "http://...." pointer

Hi, as you see below, I am trying to have an IFRAME work with a default page which a link to a google page - without success. If I replace the link with the name of a page like XXX.html (src="xxx.html") it will work.

Is there a way to deploy a link for filling the iframe rather than having a html page on the server with the page containing the iframe ?

In google docs you can share the link with anonymous access.  This will create another link which you can paste in the IFRAME src.

WELL !! did what you suggested and it works - but I dont understand why ?? Below is the revised link in its code, works

Below here is the original code with its different link, which does not work.  The only difference is the content of the individual http contents ???  Can you help me understand this  ?   VERY many thanks for your help

The problem is not with your iframe syntax.   The problem is that Google is not delivering any content.  Either the link is invalid or there is a permissions issue.
