How to install 64 bit php?

Hi all,

We recently purchased a new server, 64 bit W2k3 with Exchange 2007.
Beacuse of exchange i cannot install 32 bit php which is needed for one website that is placed on that server.
I was searching the internet for days when i came across this site : http://www.fusionxlan.com/PHPx64.php
they have a 64 bit version of php, but my knowledge of php is so little, that i do not know how to install.

Can you please assist me,
