upgrade 5.2.0 on stable to 5.2.6

I have debian stable (sarge) installed with PHP 5.2.0-8+etch11 (cli), I need to upgrade php to 5.2.3 or higher.. But when i try to do apt-get install php5, it tells me I already have the latest installed.  I did the apt-get update and still get the same results.  

I also added to my sources.list file:

deb http://packages.dotdeb.org stable all
deb-src http://packages.dotdeb.org stable all

Did an apt-get update and then tried to do apt-get install php5 with the same results.. ARGH!  Can someone tell me what I need to do in order to upgrade?Start Free Trial
