Getting 404 errors from PHP website running on IIS 6

I'm getting 404 File Not Found errors when trying to access php files.
I'm an asp.net person so it's all a bit confusing anyway!
I have followed the instructions given here: http://www.peterguy.com/php/install_IIS6.html
Apart from installing php as it seemed 5 was already on the server.
I have alse moved the dlls to system32.
It's windows server 2003.
