Problems with php: Unable to load dynamic library

Ok so i have apache 2 with ssl. My php is the lastest (downloaded yesterday). My target is to load openssl into php and he doesn`t want to.

First of all my apache is uncooma the ssl module.
Then php has
register_globals = On
extension_dir = D:\php\ext
allow_url_fopen = On
extension=php_openssl.dll

My php_openssl.dll is located on d:\php\ext
I copyed the ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll from php pack to system32 folder and apache bin folder.

And i don`t see in phpinfo script the openssl and i get this in apache`s log:
