The Solution Rating System

SQL injection attack - need further defense

My client's website continues to be attacked by someone. I have plugged up all holes in the ASP code (it was several years old and susceptible to SQL injection attacks). But it seems that the attacks are continuing, and I don't know how.

Is there a way to attack a database besides via a querystring and an unprotected SELECT statement?
Is there a way to create a trigger in MSSQL so that when a database table is modified, I'll get an email telling me as much information as possible about the modification? (I don't know very much about triggers).

How can I prepare myself for the next attack so that I can determine which page was used and then focus on that page?
