The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? encryption and decryption in ASP

i have this simple encryption and decryption code to do for password... Is there any other way to be more randomize ( still i could see that it is repeatable / possible generate on that) ... can you edit ./ modify this code?Start Free Trial
