Urgent getting sothink video encoder to work

I installed Sothink video encoder for Adobe flash today, trial version

When I ask it to encode a file on cmd line  ...  fvec finalbird.mpg g.flv
It seems to work

finalbird.mpg  works in Media Player fine

g.flv, in Windows Flash Player is blank.

Does Windows Flash player play .flv files, or only .swf ?
Why is the .flv file larger than the .mpg? finalbird.mpg is 1071 KB  g.flv is 1613 KB
...
The attached code snippet is the conversion log to see possible mistake areas.
I dont know what to do. Could I have installed it badly?
