Energy can be converted into mass and vice versa. Hence when two antiparticles collide we see a photon. That is mass is converted into energy. What phenomenon can be an example of energy being converted into mass? Well when two photons collide each other a positron and a gamma ray is emitted. Correct me if I am wrong. Then what else. Yeha quarks come to my mind. Up quark, down quark bottom, beautiful and what other flavours. I think there are six flavours of quark. What about glueons?
If lightining strikes on one of the fundamental particles then that energy is sufficient to produce quarks. Well what next? How far can we go? Well say our scientists discover that quarks are made up of particles called pi-quarks then what are these pi quarks made of. How far? Still how far? Where does all this debris of matter in this universe come from? Where is the root or origin for all of this?
