I'm a Macintosh consultant based in Sydney, Australia.

I've been a Mac user since mid-1984, and Macs are my hobby and my job.

For over 7 years I've been writing the "Help Folder" Q&A section of Australian MacWorld.

Rather than being a specialist (such as FileMaker Pro, web design) I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades with a wide range of experience in Macs. My professional background is in desktop publishing, but I'm interested and experienced in networking, troubleshooting and Mac OS X (along with just about everything else Mac-related).
