I have been in the IT industry for over 4 years and am currently a Data Systems Engineer with a phone company/ISP. My main duty is LAN administration.

I work with pretty much ALL Microsoft. I work mostly with Windows (XP, 2K, 2K server, 2K3 Server), MS SQL, terminal services, Exchange Server, Citrix, and all the other user apps that are associated. I also work with any hardware that is involved, and pretty much anything else that get's thrown my way.

I am CCNA certified and am currently working on my CCA certification.
