WHY "FRODOMAN"?  Well, contrary to your first thought I'm not a LOR freak.  I joined EE on a whim just after seeing one of the hobbit movies and that was the first thing that popped into my head.  I never intended to hang around but next thing I know I'm asking and answering questions here all the time and am now "stuck" with the frodo moniker...


REGARDING ABANDONED QUESTIONS:  My work sometimes requires me to spend a week or two where I cannot post on EE.  If we're in the middle of a thread and I disappear please don't take it personally.  When returning to EE after a couple weeks it's easy to lose track of some open threads.  Post again and I'll help you if I can.
