Working in the Tech Support/Computer Support Specialist field for more than 9 years now. Without any professional training. All of my experience is on the job training, the real world school of hard knocks, and quick learning :)

I have worked as the RESNET Supervisor and a Computer Technical Specialist at Texas Christian University, University of Texas - Arlington, and in a Sprint Call Center doing Technical Support to end-users.
