I've been working primarily in IT support and administration in the legal industry for the past 4 years. Absolute Microsoft Fanboy. Also heavily involved in deployment and administration of the Worldox DMS, and Interwoven Worksite to some degree.

I've also developed (somewhat) a form of cynical humour. It loves to come out when dealing with printing issues.
