                             ****KEYS TO FINDING YOUR SOLUTION:****
                            =================================
  a) Supply a fair amount of points for the question - Experts here are not paid, except with these points. This doesn't mean all questions should be 500 points.  Typically if you're unsure, start off by offering 250. You can always increase the points, if necessary, just know that higher points may attract more experts.  And remember - the points are for the question, not the answer.

  b)  Please don't grade any expert a C, and only a B if they ditched you.  It may still be just a 'good' answer, but remember, there's potentially years of formal training that brought that answer to you, and for a lot less than the expert paid for that knowledge.  You don't want to offend someone who may potentially save your job in the future, right?

  c) Explain exactly what you're looking to achieve.  If it's a big project, don't expect an expert to spend all their time doing your work for you.  Either get guidance here and do it yourself, or at least break it up into smaller chunks!

  d) Collaborate!  Experts can't read your mind.  So, if they post a question or suggestion, please answer it and/or try it!  If you don't want to try something suggested, just say so.  Don't ignore their efforts.

  e) If you've found your solution, accept an answer.  Nobody likes abandoned questions, least of all the cleanup volunteers and moderators.  Additionally, the site's best experts tend to check out how many questions you've left open and shy away from those that seem to leave questions open or grade them poorly.
                            =================================

For technical questions, post them on this site - not to me in an email.  I certainly do not know everything and you would be limiting yourself to one expert instead of thousands.

If you have a follow-up to a previous question, provide the Q number (preferrably) for reference, and/or your experts-exchange user name, otherwise I will have no way of knowing what you are referring to and will probably just delete it.

Happy Exchang-ing!
