9/97-Present      College of Engineering, Boston U.: worked with small team on maintenance and upgrading of large LAN.

9/94-7/97      The Media Academy, Oakland: System Administrator for 70-node LAN; set up, installed, troubleshot, and maintained PCs and server.  Mostly IBM-compatible, some Macintoshes.  Set up web server, designed and implemented site.

6/96-9/96      Office Information Systems, Oakland:  Set up, installed, and troubleshot numerous LANs and several WANs; all operating systems listed above, and Novell Netware.  Fixed computers, provided tech support and help desk.

4/96-1/97      Youth Media, Oakland: Editor, "Alameda County Youth Resource Directory."  Researched, wrote, and designed directory of free and cheap resources  for at-risk youth.

6/95-9/95      The Montclarion, Montclair: Reporter. Researched and wrote news and feature stories for local newspaper; interviewed subjects, created  captions, assorted secretarial.
