My name is Jazon Samillano. I am 29 years old, and I was born and raised in the Philippines. I am now an American citizen. God bless America! I am presently a Director and Certified TIBCO Trainer. My specialties are TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO Enterprise Message Service, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO General Interface, TIBCO BusinessEvents, and TIBCO Hawk. I also have a strong background in development for Microsoft systems - ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, Classic ASP, Transact-SQL, and SQL Server.
I was the chief programmer, database administrator, and project manager for a web and software development company in Jacksonville, Florida called Web4Minds.com (subsidiary SellMoreAutos.com). Afterwards, I worked for a women's clothing company called Chico's (
www.chicos.com) in Fort Myers, Florida. Here I learned how to use and develop in TIBCO really well. In August 2006, I accepted a job as a Senior Technical Consultant for a large consulting company called Perficient (
www.perficient.com). I became a Director in this company in July 2008.
By the way, my username is "piratepatrol" because back in 1999 and 2000, I wrote software that was intended to stop software piracy! :-) I didn't know how to market my software, so I just left it to collect dust. A few years later l find out that Microsoft has implemented the same exact feature in Windows XP! That's my sob story! :-)
