When the computers get too frustrating, I go out and drive my tractor or go for a horseback ride or a snowshoe trek through our 5-kms of trails ... or just soak in the hot tub.
I generally prefer to keep things within EE, but if there is a compelling reason to contact me, I use Gmail with my 2 initials (middle name is John) and surname all as a single word.
