I am an (80% retired) employment lawyer living in rural West Wales.

Programming is a hobby - self-taught (and still learning) but of long-standing. Starting on a borrowed Sinclair Spectrum with an early BASIC in the early 1980s, I have over the years worked through various updatings of Basic, reaching VB.NET at the beginning of 2005. I have produced a variety of applications - for personal, friends and family use - some data-based (MSAccess) and many concerned with text manipulation. Very little with maths or graphics.
