I have been a Windows System Admin for the last 10+ years in a University environment, and work with 200+ servers in varied locations and probably about 10,000 users.  Scripting is a big part of our job, and I like to focus my efforts in the security area, although I am forced to be a jack of many trades.  I will try to answer what I can, but I am still learning myself.  Do we ever stop learning?  
I love my job, but I work to live, not live to work.  I have a family and friends and God is the center of my life.
