Created a PURE ASP upload and delete functionality based off Lewis Moten's clsUpload.asp. My version uploads the information to a database (MS SQL) and the file system simultaneously and the delete functionality deletes from the file system and the database simultaneously. Lewis' version only allowed you to upload to the file system "OR" to the database, not both. Thanks to Lewis for his clsUpload.asp page because it helped. Now I have a solution that doesn't need a component installed which is great for ISP's that don't allow DLLs like SoftArtisans or Persits.

Developed the Maryland Emergency Management Agency website in 2005 - 2007.

Built a CMS using Java for MEMA (Maryland Emergency Management Agency) using Sybase EAS 6 and Unwired Accelerator 7.0.

Built a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system for monitoring 911 calls from all 26 jurisdictions thoughout the state of Maryland for use at MEMA.  (Based off the CHiP 911 public website). Developed in PURE ASP Classic with access to the GIS information through Towson University, Center for GIS mapping software EMMA.
