I've been putting MS networks together since the 3.1 days and this is where the majority of my experience lies.

However I have picked up programming in VB6\VB.NET and as the name would suggest VBScript. Anyone can copy and paste you a script but not everyone can custom modify it for you. This is what seperates the programmer from the "expert" so to say.
