Personal Description
I am an expert in developing database applications using Lotus Approach. My specialty is "order entry" systems for small businesses. You can see those products at http://www.odpro.com . I was the co-author of the book "Special Edition Using Lotus Approach 96" for QUE.
I have over 35 years of experience in the computer software industry in sales, programming, education, and project management. Database systems have been part of my life since 1967. At that time I worked in Assembler language on a mainframe DOS system (a model 20 IBM computer with 40KB RAM!!).
I currently operate a web site for Lotus SmartSuite user support that is often referred to by Lotus/IBM --they refer customers to us for assistance. Our web site is at http://www.xpertss.com . The site is free, but you must register to view our discussion areas and participate in them.
My MBA is from Pace University, 1990, majoring in Management. I retired from IBM in 1992 and live in Pound Ridge, New York with my husband Rodger and dog Missy.
