Mr. Abdij Bhat is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnataka University. He has over five years of IT industry experience in Windows Programming (MFC and Win32), OOAD and Linux Application and Device Drivers for Industrial Automation/ Embedded Systems/ Consumer electronics and Computer Telephony domain.
 
 He has a rich and extensive experience in System and Application Programming for the Windows Operating System. He has excellent working knowledge of Design Patterns and OOAD. He has in-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows NT/2000 internals. He is an expert in software packaging using Installshield. He has rich experience in Linux Device Driver development. He is well versed in Protocol Implementation and has working experience in TCP/IP, RS 232 Serial Communication and other Customer Proprietary Protocols. He is proficient in C/C++/VC++ programming languages and possesses exceptional debugging and testing skills.

 He has a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Processes.  He has prudent knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures and SEI CMM Level 5 Software Maturity Model.

 He has a proven analytical ability, co-ordination skills and is a good team player. He is an inspiring team leader with brilliant technical leadership and has been leading teams of four to six members. He has exposure to different work cultures and overseas assignments and has led team of mixed cultures. Oral and written communication skills are his forte.
