I've been working with computers since 1983 starting in retail computer sales for a few years and becoming the "computer guy" in a couple of small companies where I've worked. My experience involves both Macs and PCs and I've primarily worked on the client side of the picture. Serious server work I generally sub out to those who work with them on a daily basis.

I've done some application development in Excel with a little VBA dabbling. I developed a little purchasing app in HyperCard for the Mac way back when.

I help family and friends with their home computer setups/networks. I can reformat/reload systems as required and swap out/upgrade hardware, etc.
