I'm an MCSE (NT 4.0) who has overall responsibility for the smooth operation of technology in our small company of about 35 people.  I am responsible for everything from minor cabling to overall strategic technology planning.  I have set up networks in our three geographically distant offices, and face many challenges in getting them to communicate and keeping users happy.  I have over five years of customer support, on Windows 98/NT/2K/XP systems using most flavors of Office, and other (non-MS) products.  Oh, yes, and I have a Ph.D. in political science, with a specialization in Soviet/Russian politics.  Don't ask how I got here; it's a long story.
