In 1993, after five years as a Systems/Network Engineer working in a myriad of environments along the coast of California, my employer changed his business model & i found myself without a job. Customers began calling me for support, starting my outsourcing services which became increasingly project-centric and continued into 2003.  
My family & i moved to New York in 2000 & i continued to handle customers remotely until turning them over to my associates in 2003.
i continue to provide outsourced IT support & services, including two terms as a Technology School instructor of IT certification courses.
