I am A+ Certified and I have worked "in the field" for one of the top computer makers (you see their ads on TV all the time) as a Technical Support Professional for 4 years. I served on a special team that helped up to 4 people at a time on the phone with Software and Hardware problems. Now, I work at a cable TV company taking Cable Internet and TV calls. Previously, my background was in electronics- repairing microwave and satellite radios for the USAF (now retired).
