I have been working in the IT industry for the past 10 years, gathering alot of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.  Currently I am working as a member of the Technical Services department for a Canadian healthcare insurance provider.  I have a fair amount of experience with Microsoft Server operating systems from 3.51 through 2003, as well as Exchange, Active Directory, and different VPN software.

I enjoy answering questions on these boards, and I enjoy the community's spirit of teamwork.
