As a person I am talented in ICT. I am quality oriented (perfectionist in a good way, person who would like to deliver best, but understands financial limits), pedant (will deliver what promised), innovative person with ability to make innovations operating in practise and extrovert (speak too much, but can stop and listen others).
Experience past 13 years: I joinded Genencor as a system specialist 1996 and promoted to Senior Manager 2001. March 16th 2009 I was axed from Danisco due to financial crisis.
Since Danisco acqusition 2005, I have been an international IT team leader and manager for Finland, Russia, Belgium, Netherland, Spain and Portugal regions together with my specialist duties.
I have done budgeting, cost-control, people management, , insourcing IT, hiring new staff etc. manager job together with specialist tasks with networks (up to high availabity networks for automation), production automation historian intelligence (such as OSI PI), automation (Metso Damatic, Siemens),Web design (Mambo/Joomla/PHP/MySQL), Lotus Notes programming, document management systems etc.
Prior to Genencor / Danisco I worked for Police of Finland as a datacommunication specialist. I managed to create great server and workstation platforms for the Police, the Procecutor and for the Recovery of a debt department.
When I joined the Police 1991, they had just got electrical typewriters. When I left the Police 1996, everything was done with computers (Windows 3.11 and IBM 5270 emulators for main frames).

What I would like to be in future? Learn more possibilities of technology and make them usable in business. Due to interest to disabilities, psycology and medines, I would like to use my talent and skills to help disabled people by inventing something helpfull.
