Dale graduated from college specializing in telecommunications and digital electronics. He has an aptitude and a passion for computers, particularly in the area of information systems and network security.  An avid amateur radio operator since he was fifteen, Dale has a broad range of experience in wide ranging fields including having served several tours of active military duty in middle east as a United Nations peacekeeper in a communications and electronics role.

As a businessman, Dale has accumulated senior managerial experience in a broad range of computer and scientific R&D companies. He has participated in the formation of several hi-tech ventures including a successful hybrid electric vehicle company.  Dale spent ten years as the IT Director and one of the senior managers at BC Research Inc., (now Vizon Scitec - http://vizonscitec.com ) one of Canada's largest privately owned scientific research and development facilities.  Dale is currently the President of Amuleta Computer Security Inc. ( http://amuleta.com), a member of the Community Business and Professional Association of Canada ( http://cbpac.ca ), the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the Society for the Policing of Cyberspace (POLCYB).
