Personal Description
Hello. My name is Matthew Huxtable, but you can call me Matt.
I specialise in Microsoft Windows Server System: Exchange Server and Active Directory.

For many years, I have built and manage networks. I started with a server of my own, which I broke repeatedly. The important part? I learned how to fix it. I learned what to do when I got stuck and required assistance. Above all, I learned to understand the computer and the strange language it sometimes speaks.
Not long thereafter, I started working professionally for customers. I now maintain networks for a diverse customer base ranging from a one-man band to 2500 user networks. Each has its own challenges, the former just wants something consistent which 'just works' without spending a fortune, the latter has complex virtualisation, storage and switching infrastructure requirements which require much attention to detail, planning and business-case justification on a routine basis to ensure their stability and continued uptime (99.8% uptime in the previous year).
My work in the community and on professional endeavours have exposed me to thousands of technical challenges and to hundreds of amazing people. I will make it my ambition to not only resolve your problem, but do so in a low hassle, least disruption and no downtime method.
