Not an expert, but I provide help for the XP and Norton Ghost Zones mostly.

I have a degree in math with a major in Computer Sciences. I started in system software programming on various computers including IBM mainframes, and began supporting PC's, PC technology and software first with the PC using DOS 3.3. Then, on to Windows 3, 3.1, 95, 95 Second Edition, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and now XP and Vista.

My main emphasis now is user support for operating systems, desktop support and networking support of small businesses, both hardware and software.
