I have been developing Java (mainly applications) since JDK 1.0.2 was originally released.

I am currently developing mobile solutions combining J2ME (MIDP-1.0 and 2.0) and Servlets.

I like to answer questions on EE for several reasons.

  1) It's interesting/fun
  2) Somebody might benefit from my answer (hopefully)
  3) I work from home and a little virtual community spirit is always welcome
  4) Answering questions helps me focus on some of the details that I might otherwise miss
  5) I'm always hoping to get to the next grade ;-)
