Personal Description
I am 21, and I have experience in C/C++, Java, Javascript, PERL, PHP, Assembly, and UNIX Shell Scripting. C and C++ are the languages that I am most familiar with. I am fluent in HTML, and can write some CGI scripts as well as create web graphics. I am A+ Certified as a computer technician, and am currently majoring in Computer Science at the University of North Dakota. I am a brother of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and I intend to graduate with a minor in Mathematics and Honors. I am proficient in Windows 9x, Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux (Debian is what I use most often, but I work with RedHat as well), and UNIX-based (Solaris mostly) servers. I am interested in software engineering and network security. Specifically, I am interested in learning more about how to combat viruses and Anti-Virus Research, as well as Video Game Development. I would like to someday work either for the FBI in anti-electronic terrorism, or for a video game company as a designer. I am currently an Assistant UNIX Administrator for UND Aerospace, part of the Systems Team. If you have questions and/or comments, please feel free to email me.
