Experts Exchange has decided to lower the maximum point levels in the Politics and Philosophy & Religion zones from 500 to 50.

Until the points for both zones come back to their regular levels, I'm retiring from ALL zones; technical, political or otherwise.  I have removed myself as a Designated Expert from the zones I monitor, and I will finish up any unresolved questions I'm participating in.

This was not an easy decision, but I feel strongly that the point system is what makes EE unique.  Without it, this is just another free-for-all bulletin board.  Forums like Politics and P&R should be expanding, not contracting.

I truly appreciate the efforts you all have put into these forums.  All the best to everyone.
