I have 20 years in the IT industry. I've worked on everything from M&M's to the Space Station Freedom and I've done everything from programming back office systems for manufacturing rice to being responsible for the global deployment of software platforms. I'm an VAX/Open-VMS Guru ... but that pretty much translates into being a fossil these days. Most recently I've been disabled from a nasty bout of blood poisoning, from which I sustained a just enough brain damage to prevent me from working, but not enough to keep me from enjoying learning new things and passing along what I know to others.
