I Have been providing technical support and systems administration for over 10 years.

My general certifications include Microsoft MCSE in NT4.0 and 2000; and CompTIA certifications for Server+, Network+ and A+ proficiencies. I am hardware certified for warranty support on mobile, desktop and server platforms by Dell, IBM, and Compaq/HP.  

Aside from technical support I was also a technical trainer for 5 years, teaching CompTIA A+ Hardware and Software courses, Network+ courses and Windows System Administration courses.

I still write training material and am transitioning into a new level of my career by moving into programming and Web development. TechnologiesI am concentrating on are Java, VB05, Perl, JavaScript and SQL.
