Still fairly young in my career, started out as a nurse with a degree in pharmacology and somehow ended up as an analyst for a bit telecoms company.
Since then I have been a ski instructor after being a db analyst for a couple of years then ended up in a dba. IT systems adminsitrator role before moving onto a big blue chip finance company as a software support engineer and general It systems and network support
Now working for a blue chip Global Pharmaceutical company as a db analyst/ systems support analyst with my first love of db's.
With a baby due in July im looking to move on now as quickly as I can in my career due to do my MCTS sql server 2005 at end of Jan 08 with Firebrand following on from my mcp xp achieved last year.
