I've been into computers since the age of 4 when I got started with a Commodore VIC-20.  I have been working in the field (officially) for the last 15 years starting in junior high school.  

I have experience back to DOS 2,  Windows 3.0/3.1/3.11 and forward.  

Before beginning work with my current employer,  I was a Systems Engineer and Project Manager for an IT Contractor.  I co-administered a file server farm that included 200+ servers and serviced 25000+ users and 12000 approx workstations.

My strongest areas of support include Server/Client OS, Active Directory Configuration/Troubleshooting, Performance Troubleshooting, Crash Debug Analysis, Terminal Servers/Citrix, and anything having to do with kernel memory or memory leak troubleshooting, Clusters, and other things.
