My background:

After I got fed up with my former job (laboratory / QA), I looked for something else and started a new career in what used to be (and still is) my hobby: programming.

I still work for the (small) outsourcement company in The Hague (Netherlands) that gave me the opportunity to start over again: Eliantie IT Professionals.

I started in Lotus Notes R3 and worked my way through R4, R4.5 / 4.6 up to currently R5. Got certified as Principal CLP for R4.x and R5 and as IBM Certified Application Developer - Lotus Notes and Domino for R6/6.5.
I have helped out at big ones like ING Bank and Heineken, have been assigned for 4 years to several projects at ArboNed (Utrecht) and only recently finished a 6 months project at KLM Equipment Services (at Schiphol Airport). I'm currently doing a project at CZ (health insurance).
Considering switching from Notes to Oracle and/or Java.

I am married (since 95) and, since may 2001 a dad! Since september 2003 I have another baby son. There's no personal Homepage currently online. Too many ideas, too little time.

Other hobbies: I play Rollerhockey (inlinehockey), love holidays (the further/longer the better), photography (Canon 350D) and ice skating.
